Sjokoladekake / Chocolatecake



I dag har ungene og jeg kosa oss med sjokoladekake da Erlend kom fra skolen. Ikke mye kan slå et stykke nybakt kake og et glass kald melk :)


Today the kids and I treated ourself with chocolatecake when Erlend came home from school. Not much beats a piece of cake and a glass of cold milk :)




240 g hvetemel
135 g sukker
2 tsj bakepulver
3 ss kakao
2 tsj vaniljesukker
75 g melkefri margarin
2 dl havremelk

Bland alle de tørre ingrediensene. Rør inn smeltet margarin og melk. Hell røren i en smurt kakeform ( 1 1/2 l ). Stek kaken på 175 C, 40 min på nederste rille.

Glasur

3 3/4 dl melis
6-8 ss smelta melkefri margarin
5-5 1/2 ss sterk kald kaffe
2 1/2 tsj vaniljesukker
2 ss kakao

Blandes og smøres over kaken når den er kald. strø strøssel over. Det er også veldig godt med kokosmasse på :)

240 g wheat flour
135 g sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 table spoon cacao
2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
75 g milkfree butter
2 dl oatmilk

Mix all the dry ingredients. Stir inn melted butter and milk.
Pour the batter in a greased tin ( 1 1/2 l ). Bake the cake at 175 C,
40 min at the lowest step in the owen.

Glaze

3 3/4 dl icing sugar
6-8 tablespoon melted milkfree butter
5-5 1/2 tablespoon strong cold coffee
2 1/2 teaspoon vanillasugar
2 tablespoon cacao

Mix together and spresd over the cake when it's cold. Sprinkle some coloured sugar grain over. It's good with shredded coconut to :)
