The last week a flock of pretty snow buntings have been in our garden. They are very shy birds, so they will fly away if a car drives by or one of us move to quickly in the window. We don't see them every spring, but this year they landed here when they found sunflower seeds on the ground. They don't land on the bird feeder like other birds, so I have to sprinkle new seeds every day for them out on the ground.

For my birthday back in January I received some sock yarn in these five colours. I decided to knit them all up and a little while ago I casted off the last sock. They are all knitted in Saga Print - a sock yarn from a chain store here in Norway. I have tried to make them look a like, but the orange skein turned out completely different from the other colours. And I must say it's the one I like most.
