Rødbergvarden & Aglapsvika

Finally some sun and warm weather came to the north part og the country :)

So we had to take advantage of it and went hiking yesterday.We hiked to Rødbergvarden.It's one of the easiest tops in Ti på Topp.

There wasn't a lot of hills to climb, but one had got a name :)

But even if it wasn't either very steep or very long, was it good for small feet to get a rest at the end ;)

On the way home made we a stop on the beach in Aglapsvika. We had the beach all to our self. It was a

bit cold for swimming though...

Since last time we've been...

...Almost raining away.
But after weeks with rain, the weekend finally brought the sun out :) We spent yesterday hiking and on the beach in Aglapsvika - a beautiful place which we had all to our self :) It was too cold for a swim though...

And it's all about lego now, the small bricks, duplo is for babies ;)

...Painting, painting and painting.
The kids spent last week at my mom, so we could paint our livingroom and kitchen. It's amazing what a bit of colour can do :) Here are some before and after picture.

Rapet 534 moh

Our municipality have started a program called "10 på Topp" - to get people to go hiking more. We can choose from 15 trips from high mountains to short walks. At each top there is a code for us to collect and when you have collected 7 tops (or 5 for kids under 12years) you get a mug :) Last night Erlend, Eirin and I went on our first top - Rapet 534 m above the sea.

We had to refill our waterbottles several times on the way up ;)

It was good with a break at Kibergskarhammar'n. Which has a open cabin for hikers.

And the view is already great!

We're out of the forest, but it's still along way to go...

The view was incredible, and made all the toil up the hills worth it.

To quote Eirin: "Mom, it's SO beautiful up here!"

Nothing tastes as good as cold water from the mountin when hiking!
