Eplekake / Applecake

4 dl hvetemel
1 1/2 dl sukker
2 tsj bakepulver
2 tsj vaniljesukker
75 g smelta melkefri margarin
2 dl havremelk (eller annen melke erstatning)
2 epler
sukker
kanel

Bland alt det tørre og rør inn smelta melkefri margarin og havremelk.
Has i en smurt form. Denne røra passer til en rund form på 22 cm diameter.
Skjær eplene i båter og legg dem på. Strø ønsket mengde sukker og kanel over.
stekes nederst i ovnen på 175 C i ca 4o min. Serveres varm med vaniljeis til :)

2 teaspoon vanillasugar
75 g melted milkfree butter
2 dl oatmilk (or other milk substitutes)
2 apples
sugar
cinnamon

Mix all the dry ingrediens and stir inn melted milkfree butter and oatmilk. Pour into a greased mould. This is enough for a mould 22 cm in diameter. Cut the apples into boates and put them on. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over. Bake at 175 C in the bottom of the oven foe about 40 min. Serve warm with vanillaice :)

Blir så glad når jeg ser minstemann kose seg med is! Her er det is laget av ris.
